With the DACHSER Network Campus at its headquarters in Kempten, the logistics company is creating two four-storey new buildings on approximately 33,000 m² of gross floor area, which integrate harmoniously into the existing structure. The campus combines work, learning, and interaction, strengthening DACHSER's position as an attractive employer.
The usage concept includes office, seminar and conference areas, catering facilities, an IT service point, a future health area and generous outdoor spaces.
Optimised room acoustics for modern working environments
A particular focus was place on room acoustics: MUTE+® Board Baffles
- Quantity: approx. 70,000 linear meters
- Application: open-plan office spaces, communication zones and along the main corridor
- Effect: balanced sound absorption, quiet and focused working atmosphere

Various raised and hollow floor systems were used for technical infrastructure, stability, and comfort, including FLOOR and more®, FLOOR and more® comfort, and NORTEC acoustic. FLOOR and more® comfort also features integrated heating and cooling systems, enable efficient and sustainable climate control. All systems are durable, biologically safe in construction terms, and allow for customised design through a range of surface finishes.
Transparent space structuring with glass partition walls
Transparency and natural light characterise the campus's interior design. Using Lindner Life Pure 620 glass partition walls, open, light-filled workspaces have been created that encourage teamwork whilst also offering aereas for quiet and confidential conversations. Additional work, such as interior wooden doors, drywall, tiling, and painting, completes the cohesive and harmonious spatial concept.
