The "Hamburger Welle" office and practice center in the Hohenfelde district impresses with its unique, wave-like building shape, designed by Hadi Teherani Architects. The building, located on the corner of Lübecker Straße, is divided into three parts, with two wings leading to a circular center with an open courtyard. The curved building shape combined with floor-to-ceiling window elements gives the interior a particularly bright and pleasant atmosphere. Open floor plans offer flexible expansion options for individual offices, meeting rooms and team spaces.

Lindner SE's tenant fit-out design & build division was responsible for the revitalisation of around 1,800 m² of rental space. In addition to the individual redesign with lots of colour and, above all, incorporating the tenant's corporate design, acoustically effective fit-out solutions and lights manufactured by Lindner itself were also used. Glass partition systems including matching glass doors combined with high-quality wooden doors ensure the necessary separation of meeting and office rooms. Lindner MUTE+® sound absorbers in round and square versions were used in the open areas. These not only ensure better acoustics, but in combination with integrated Lindner Loop lights also increase the visual comfort in the new office space.
